Shipping is free on all orders across the GCC. Our prices include UAE taxes. However, if you are ordering from outside the UAE (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar), your country may apply import duties or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Standard delivery is free for all orders. Orders placed will be shipped the next business day.

Due to the nature of perfume products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement.
